465) Tolerance tolerates the intolerable. Patience permits out of a higher understanding.

466) People having differing sets of values or working at cross purposes will be able to achieve in a project what is less than possible. Their maximum accomplishment will be the minimum possible in the project potentials. 

467) Work relationships endure; emotional relationships do not last that long, since sooner or later the tendency to dominate or exploit rears its head. Even in its absence, emotional relationships last only as long as the intensity is there; and intensity, by definition, is short-lived. 

468) Intensity in emotional relationships or in any other situation can last forever, if constantly higher intensities are sought after.
