266) It is obvious that only those who have accomplished will be able to give. Those who possess HIS knowledge at the mental, vital, physical level can give it to others individually.
267) Knowledge at the vital level is direct energy. Knowledge of the body is the skill that accomplishes.
268) Vital knowledge gives Mastery of Life. Physical Knowledge yields accomplishment.
269) Should there be a few who have HIS vital and physical knowledge, they can create a system to impart that education.
