286) Soul should forget all its woes. Should the soul forget all its joys too?
The soul has neither joy nor sorrow. Its taking them on is its woe. The soul should be free, not taking anything on itself.

314) The physical is inert. The physical in movement is the vital expressing in the physical. Skill of the physical is Mind expressing in the body. Spirit expressing in the body is tejas, the light shining through the skin. Supermind expressing through the body is body's capacity to express power and accomplish without moving.
