Receptivity can be there at all levels and in all parts of the being. Psychic receptivity is opening and responding to the divine force. Mental receptivity is to receive the higher influence with a silent mind free from thought, opinion, preference and the interference of vital and physical influences. The Divine Help is always there. It is only lack of receptivity that prevents us from receiving it. Self-giving, wanting to give rather than receive, is the best method to increase our receptivity.
