Equality & Equanimity

Equality refers to the Sanskrit term Samata. It is an inner spiritual status of consciousness. Peace, harmony, and equality are closely related attributes of the spirit. They are the first foundation of the yogic status. Equality is a sign of the supramental consciousness. Accept everything as coming from the Divine. Equality brings strength. It is based on oneness.
