• Open the www.karmayogi.net site.
• Click the forums section displayed in catagories.
• In right upper corner in user name box- type your user name.
• In password box-type pass word.
• Now the entire forum will be visible for you.
• Again in top right click private message. a page will open to compose mail.
• In receiptant box type karmayogi.
• Type message in text box.
• click send.
