Supervision happiness vs True Delight

Does all supervision happiness result in the duality of pain and suffering? Is it always the opposite of true delight of existence? If so, should we not avoid all superficial enjoyment? Ego and desire convert delight into its opposite. Even an instant of joy can be an expression of ananda and non-egoistic. Everything decides on the response in us.
