- 3 levels of Intelligent Will: ordinary understanding, dynamic practical intellect, higher reason and will
- Higher mentality is subject to impurities of lower nature -- senses, desire soul, emotions, heart
- It is also subject to its own inherent limitations in these 3 levels of mental knowing since the mind itself is an instrument of ignorance
- Only rising above mind to gnosis can discover Truth
